Why isn’t there a ban on fiber glass??…It can cause (cancer) mesothelioma in animals??

I feel that it isn’t banned because although it may pose a health threat to animals like you mentioned the advantages of fibre glass outweigh the disadvantages. Also I doubt that it is of any threat to us humans.
